By using this website, submitting a request through our forms, or opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Rentals and bookings

Vehicle listings, pricing, and availability shown on this website are provided through our booking platform, Fleetwire, and are subject to change. Completing a reservation, including payment, driver verification, insurance requirements, security deposits, and the rental agreement itself, is handled through the booking platform at checkout. Renters must meet the age, license, and insurance requirements listed on our Requirements & FAQ page and confirmed at booking.

SMS text messaging program terms

By checking the SMS consent box on one of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Blue Ridge Rides regarding your reservation, trip details, and customer support at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

• Message frequency: varies based on your reservation activity and inquiries.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Help: reply HELP to any message, email blueridgeridesllc@gmail.com, or call (828) 423-2885.
• Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our handling of your mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties.
